L\u00e0-bas, je travaillais en ostr\u00e9iculture, les algues y \u00e9taient mes l\u00e9gumes favoris. Particuli\u00e8rement la Saccharina, facile \u00e0 nettoyer, facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, d\u00e9licieuse et si belle \u00e0 voir. Nous en avions un champ naturel au pied des parcs \u00e0 hu\u00eetres, je profitais donc de la mar\u00e9e pour faire mon march\u00e9.<\/p><p>A l\u2019origine, je dois avouer que c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u00e0-bas que je pensais m\u2019installer, tout y pousse mieux. Les coquillages sont deux fois plus gros qu\u2019ici, et les algues aussi\u00a0!<\/p><p>Mais la maison et la famille me manquaient.<\/p><p>De retour \u00e0 St Malo en septembre 2021, le projet se monte doucement, et, en juin 2023, Algues et colibri voit enfin le jour.<\/p><p>Mais pourquoi le colibri ? Parce que comme Pierre Rahbi nous l\u2019a rappel\u00e9, chacun devrait faire sa part.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
